  • Very disappointed, definitely not worth the price I paid. Didn't ask what length of lashes I wanted. It turned out to be too long and sparse. Worst part was when my credit card got charged twice and had to book an appointment to get a refund. When I came, they didn't even ask for my credit card. Refund could have been done over the phone. Such a waste of my time. The refund I received was only for the service I had. The tip was withheld. At the end of the day its like giving them tip twice. Not going back here anymore. Such a rip off!
