  • When we go there we order together so we can pay for our sandwiches as one transaction. One of the subs we order is an old special and they don't have a specific button for it but they know how to make it. occasionally they get it right and a few times they have missed one or two of the items that comes on the sub. Then when they call our name usually just I go up and tell them what additional toppings I want and the past few times.. by few I mean 4-6 times.. they just go ahead and put whatever toppings I say for the first sandwich on the second and call it a day. Until I ask them what about my second sandwich it has different toppings. then they go and take all the toppings off the first one so neither of us get what we want. This happens over and over so unless you are super specific which doesn't always work. It seems when I want it done correctly I end up having to complain to them that they never do it right.
