  • I picked up a comforter and paid, was told my kitchen rug was not yet done, but won't owe anything for it. Went back to pick it up, still not done. Received a phone call saying that I actually owed $26 for a kitchen rug because the person that told me I owed $0 was new. Just not good customer service!! I am new to the area and would have been a loyal customer, but now I doubt I will even go back to get my rug.
