  • I was at this location yesterday with my children. I placed an order for 3 frozen yogurts. The guy serving me was gentle and kind. Looked like his first day on the job. There was a lady behind him, I'm assuming the manager or owner. She was yelling at him in Chinese. Very unprofessional in front of customers. When I received my order I took an extra spoon so my kids can share their yogurt. The rude lady yelled at the worker in Chinese and he told me that she said "next time don't take another spoon". How about there never be a next time. I'll never return to this location after that rude service. I've never seen such a rude ass stingy place yelling at customers over a small spoon. I've been coming to this location for 14 years and I'm assuming they are under new management. Save your money and do not come to this place!! You will get bad customer service!!
