  • Buy from Erik Strecker, he is the absolute only reason this review is not a complaint. The sales staff at auto nation ford seems to be really top notch but the finance department is crummy. The gentleman that handled my finances, his name was Chuck, was in such a rush to finish so he could go smoke a cigarette that he got me out of there without finalizing the finances. It took over a week to finally get everything taken care of and the only reason everything went through was because Erik went out of his way to make sure everything got processed. He really went above and beyond the normal duties of a salesman and did not quit helping me as soon as the sale was done, this NEVER happens with car salesmen.
