With it being a long wait, that might have been what boosted this from 4 to a 5 star. That said, the salsa bar and the gourmet tacos were spot on. Oh yeah, if you are a man and see a bathroom door open next to the salsa bar, that is not for you. The men's room is hidden over by the bar and kitchen.
Its great food. I tried not to waste any salsa so I just got small cups and kept going back and trying new stuff. Most of which were good, but one of the chili ones tasted kind of fishy for some reason. As for my entree I went with 3 tacos with beans and rice. I ate the fried shrimp tacos first as I didn't want the batter to get soggy. The mole taco was spot on as well as the especial.
I don't live in the southwest, so I can't really compare to much, but I thought it was a great meal for not too much money.
