  • I have purchased from Warby Parker online before and was interested in doing so again, but was bummed to see that the frames I was interested in weren't available for at home try on. Luckily, in my googling I found out that a bricks and mortar store was opening in Pittsburgh the next day! Very serendipitous. I waited until the day after the grand opening to avoid the crowds. There were a few people inside when I got there but is was much less crazy than the line I saw out the door the day before! The staff was friendly but not intrusive. I saw the frames I was interested in, tried them on, and was ordered and out the door in less than 10 minutes! My kind of service! The optometrist was super helpful in getting my prescription inputted, measuring my PD and having the frames arranged to be shipped to my house at no extra cost! She was also knowledgeable about answering questions about paying with an HSA and getting reimbursed by vision insurance, which was very helpful. I can't wait for my glasses to come in and it's nice to know I can just head over the physical location if the frames need adjusted or if there are any issues.
