  • Visited on a Saturday night during a playoff game so they were pretty busy and we had a party of eight, but surprisingly there wasn't a super long wait to be seated. The waitress greeted us after about a fifteen minute wait, and was very pleasant. We placed our drink orders which came out pretty quickly and the alcoholic beverages were on point. Shortly after receiving our drinks we placed our appetizer and entree orders. The appetizers came out fine, but after ordering a second round of drinks everything there after was downhill. We waited quite sometime for our second round of drinks, but we were told the bar was backed up which was understandable but after waiting another twenty minutes with no drinks our patience began to wear thin. Another server showed up to the table to assist our waitress and said that she was sent to run the drinks and inquired about what we had ordered but she never returned. The entrees began to come out and all the orders except two were completely wrong, luckily the head chef for the night made every effort to correct our waitresses mistakes. The manager on duty got wind of all the issues we were having and also assisted in making sure everyone was taken care of. Our original server at this point had still not returned to the table, it wasn't until after most of the mistakes had been corrected that she showed up and then completely blamed it on the kitchen as if she was not the one who had put in our order incorrectly. The manager and chef were very accommodating taking several items off our tickets as well as giving everyone a forty percent discount for our patience. The food was amazing, everything was delicious. My only advice would be to hire better wait staff, or at least wait staff that works well under pressure.
