Very disappointing experience. Had an appointment with Henry that I have made via the online system. Showed up for my appointment and was told that Henry wasn't working that day. Owner proceeded to tell me he had called me to tell me. When I asked him if he had left a message he said no he did not have time. Really? You take the time to call a customer & then don't leave an important message! So owner located another tech and asked her to do my SNS. Immediate issues As soon as I sat down. Did not have foils at her station or any of her necessary tools. Had to step away for a good 5 to 7 minutes to return and start wrapping my nails. Then 20 minutes later owner had sat another customer next to
me and told technician that she should do her next. A few minutes later my tech stopped working on me and moves over to the additional customer to begin wrapping her nails. Of course she didn't have her necessary tools so she had to step away. During her absence I asked the customer if she had made an appointment. To my surprise she said no she was a walk-in.
Incredibly poor business practices. I fear for this business especially since they have doubled in size with their expansion.
