  • I was really looking forward to checking this place out. My boyfriend and I painted a mug each and we're told they would be ready in 3-5 days and they would give us a call. When we came back to pick up our mugs, mine only had clear glaze over part of it (they put the clear glaze on for you) so they said come back in two days. Also, they never called to tell us if our mugs were done. I decided to call to see if they were ready after two days, nope. They hadn't refired them yet. When my boyfriend tried to pick them up yesterday at 5, some man from inside told him the store was closed, but according to their site they're open until 6. So that trip was a waste. Today, I went to go pick them up, and I was excited since they looked good. This is nearly two weeks after they were originally painted. I take them home and when I went to put some tea into my new mug, you could hear the glaze cracking! So now I've wasted a lot of time, and some money on something that's useless now. I never plan on coming back to this place.
