  • Where to begin. I outfitted almost my entire commercial gym with products from Fitness Avenue. Not only was I overcharged for freight for delivery, I was offered zero compensation or apology, I was told to "write a letter" can you believe that? - awful customer service. On top of that, a few of the items I received are absolute terrible quality and have no business being in a commercial environment (as they were listed). Being the owner of a couple of gyms, I can tell you I will never order from Fitness Avenue again.
