Too bad yelp does not offer zero stars. My initial salesperson, Vicente, was very helpful and took time to take us on a test drive, show us features of the car, etc. Then when the sales managers or whatever they are called took over, it was awful. I spoke with a total of four people at this dealership and not one of them could simply provide me with a price. They kept asking how much do you need for your trade? If I give you a price are you going to buy it today? If I give you a price, you're going to take it to another dealer and see if it can be beat. Isn't that the point of car shopping? Checking prices? You have not shown any loyalty to me, why would I give you any? The dealer needs to EARN your business, not the other way around. If you're afraid of me taking your price to another dealer and them beating it, maybe your price is too high to begin with. I know my little purchase will not make or break a company, but I seriously wonder how does a car dealer get so big operating like this. Now we move on to the next closest Nissan dealer.
