  • This wasn't the hotel that I original reserved to stay at 4 months ago. I planned on staying at the California hotel but they said overbooked and sent me here across the ramp to stay for 2 days then California hotel 1 day and i have to check out at 1pm and they hold my bags until 3pm to check in. What a freaking inconvenience for me as a guest. So i reached check in desk and they gave me my dingy room. The room smell stuffy and the pictures on hotel website were exactly what's in room but a good angle. The room had a odor, the carpet is old, the bathroom is outdated with old shade lamps on lights in bathroom with plenty of dust. Some light bulbs were blew old. The room had a old tub which reminds me of a old house I grew up in ,in the 80's. The shower changer gets a bit stuck when you change from shower to tub. The towels were cheap and hard. The air conditioner is old school but it does get cold. The beds are comfortable and television is decent and there is a mini fridge in the room. There is free parking but you take your stub to hotel lobby and they give you a ticket to pay with. Oh Not! The ticket hasn't work neither time so we had to call security to buzz out and go back to front desk next time they said when leaving push for security. Security gave us a hard time and said we need a ticket. I am so done with this. I did call the manager of the hotel and told him my concerns about the overlooking and he said he apologies and things like this happen. I understand that but could've offer me something due to I didn't planon staying here. Eric wasn't to remorseful. I did mention the odor and he did send housekeeping quick to do a ozone clean which I had to be out the room for an hour. That was easy I am in Vegas I can definitely find something to do for an hour. One I returned the room smelled fresher . I disliked that they had shutters in the room and not the dark hotel curtains. The shutters didn't close completely nor did they keep the light the room so I got up with the chickens and I am still tired.
