  • Before we drove all the way to the store from north Mesa my boyfriend called to see if they had the part available that way we wouldn't waste our time going to the store. Dennis told us they had it available so we went there. Come to find out when we were placing our order they didn't have it available for us to pick up which was really upsetting he told us the people had to put it together like why the hell couldn't he tell us that before we drove there?!?! So we ordered our chairs anyways and Dennis told us he'd call when the chairs were ready to pick up. A couple days later he calls us and says they're not up to their standards to give to us. Now we have to wait even LONGER!!!!!!!! So my boyfriend calls one of the call centers telling them about our situation and she says "oh I can give you a discount on your next order." Like why would I wanna order again from here with this HORRIBLE customer service?!?!?!? Dennis should've known better before we came to the store!!!!! This is truly upsetting and we will definitely not be ordering from this store again!!!!!!!!!
