  • When I started looking for good a property manager for my house in Chandler, I felt like it was almost an impossible quest. How often do you find people who rave about their property managers? It always seems like you care about your house way more than anyone else could. This hasn't been the case with Rentals America. I interviewed 4 other property managers at my house before selecting them. Their communication is the most efficient, their repair fees are extremely reasonable, and their monthly fees were the same if not lower than the others I interviewed. They pay close attention to detail and genuinely care about the tenant who's living in your house. I have been extremely pleased with the process so far, and would certainly recommend them to anyone who is interested in finding a professional and caring property management team! UPDATE- I've been using them for 2 years now and they are still amazing! Literally everything you could ask for in a property management company, these people have it!! I couldn't be more pleased!
