  • Phillip is the best in the industry hands down! I originally thought I wanted a Optimum Radiance memory foam bed but after going back into the store he informed me they upgraded their lineup and it had become too hard for me. He then led me to the beautiful and pricey temperpedics and of course I fell in love with the TemperBreeze which was firm and supportive with just enough contouring to my body. The bed felt incredible but I knew with my budget I could not afford a $3,000 bed... however, Phillip worked some serious magic and sold me the floor model at a very affordable price and helped me finance it with their 90 day no credit option which was perfect!!! Phillip really cared about me and my needs on all levels and demonstrated that through his commitment calling the finance team and managers to make it all possible! Now, I am literally living the dream with my Temperpedic mattress! My significant other and I could not be any happier or impressed with this experience and our bed! I don't wake up in pain anymore and will have an incredible mattress for years to come! Thank you for the bottom of our hearts for all you did for us!
