  • This place might be fun to go to in October but their customer service is horrendous. I literally called once or more a day for two weeks trying to figure out if/how I could have a birthday party at the ranch for my three year old daughter. I also emailed and Facebook emailed. They did respond to the Facebook email but literally only answered one of the many questions I asked. It was going to be 4 young children and then 16 adults... The owner said it would be $350 plus I'd have to bring my own food and drinks, and it would be self-run. I'm all for a self-run party, but not if I need to pay a "$350 donation". Why would I pay $350 for four children to play on a ranch that has free entry? Then he was complaining about how much it costs to run a place like that... He was just rude and didn't want anything to do with me unless I was going to pay $350.
