  • I used to think Ko was overpriced, until I took home a basket-full of fruits and vegetables and put them through my juicer. The juice tastes so much better! Their fruits and vegetables feel so...alive. The service is excellent, and the store is indeed very pretty. They also have a sticker on every fruit or vegetable variety indicating where it's from, which is amazing when I'm trying to shop local. They also have a broad selection, far beyond any other green grocer I've seen. I think it's worth spending a couple extra bucks for the quality and convenience. I give it four stars only because I really balk at some of the prices for their dry goods, which are much cheaper just down the street.
