  • Completely classless. Went to customer service to cash in our cash back check and Tynica is yelling out, "we don't got that kind of money, you sure you don't need to go shopping, we don't got that kind of money " and repeatedly yelled out our amount over and over for everyone to hear. We were worried about being followed out. I addressed it with her and she said she was just so excited it was so much money. Then was rude, then she miscounted. I recounted in front of her and she was short money and had to call someone over to open the drawer to fulfill the $. No tact or professionalism. Disappointed.
