  • I just waited 5 minutes in line while the clerk gossiped with customer in front of me. Even exchanged contact information on cell phones. Meanwhile, the shop is cluttered, tables messy, garbage cans overflowing. What is going on here. Is management even present? BTW...coffee was good.
