  • My name is John Roth, and I had my truck painted at this Maaco shop. I had a topper on the truck with new double sticky tape to seal it to the truck. When the shop took of the topper they evidently had trouble and used a pry bar to force the top off. When they did this they put 5 or 6 dents into the top of the truck bed. When I went to talk to them about this, the franchise holder denied that they had put the dents in. He was rude and vulgar in his response, and did not take the responsibility for what he did. He kicked us out when we insisted that he make the repairs for the damages that they did.
