  • Been waiting in line for 12 minutes now. There are just 3 people in line at noon on a Sunday. Multiple workers and even a manager came to the register but keep walking away. None can seem to get the computer to work. I'd be nice to get a greeting or explanation or something. Finally someone came up and said "what are you getting?" No hi, sorry, nothing. I get that stuff happens but it's just piss poor service here. Except ridiculously long waits and minimal customer service. Update- I ordered two large iced coffees and they completely screwed them up. Got a lot of attitude when I pointed it out. Doesn't seem like anyone, including the manager cares.
