PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I went over to Carmax on Sahara and got my vehicle quoted at $1,000 less than what they had quoted me 2 months ago. They are very unprofessional and do not care what situation you are in, they just want to rip you off and could care less what you have to say. I went home with the offer and on day 5 I received an email from Rebecca Grigsby (Sales Manager) asking me to contact her and provide her with details on my vehicle. I called her several times throughout the day and even emailed her back, it has now been 24 hours and I'm yet to hear back from her. Today, I called and spoke with a sales rep and told him my situation and what had happened, he seemed to understand and said he would call me back around 3pm this afternoon, it is now 7pm and yet again I have not heard back from anyone....what a shocker!!!! Very unprofessional and unfair way of doing business. Apparently we need to go back to training and take Customer Service 101 over again.
