  • Beware their crappy "resurfaced"'counters (actually spray painted and very easily chipped) we were very careful not to damage the counters even tho they already had chips. And they had the nerve to try to charge us for (re spray painting) them when we moved out. We refused to pay this as we did not damage the counters any more than they were when we moved in. No one should have to pay this, if they try to charge you, refuse. It's their shoddy resurface job that causes damage from normal wear and tear, and you should not be charged for this.
