  • I chose to go to the north hills alfred angelo after having a bad experience with Monroeville....my stylist Nichole was/is great...but the problems start at my first fitting when Sarah E and Sarah S assisted me....i questioned the way my dress fit and the color variations in my dress..i was told that the color variation was just due to the lighting and that the reason why my dress was not fitting properly was due to my bra and that at my alterations it would be a simple fix...come to find out my dress was not only ordered in the wrong color but also in the wrong size....wait there is more my bridesmaids was also measured incorrectly and I asked for thier sash to be tacked into thier dress and I was told that they would be able to do that just to find out 2 WEEKS before my wedding that they did not do that and can not do that...THEY ruined my big day and just stressed me out so much more than what I already was....my cousin and niece was talking about going to alfred angelo and I told them unless they want to pay for something that they did not want that they should probably use Davids...I'M SO OUTRAGED AT THE WAY I WAS BUSHED OFF AND WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WAS THE WAY I ORDERED IT AND NO BODY EVER CHECKED TO SEE IF THAT WAS WHAT I ORDERED OR IF THERE WAS ANY MISTAKES. ..I'M HALF TEMPTED TO FB ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO LET THEM KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED IF I WOULD OF KNOWN WHAT I KNOW NOW I WOULD OF MADE SURE THAT NICHOLE WOULD OF MEASURED ME AND MY GIRLS AND THAT SHE ALSO ORDERED OUR DRESSES BECAUSE I'M 100%SURE THAT IF IT WAS HER THAT I WOULD NOT OF HAD AN ISSUES BUT I TRUSTED THE SHOP AND I DIDN'T GET aNyTHING BUT MORE STRESS TO ADD TO THE NORMAL STRESS OF A WEDDING...THANKS ALFRED ANGELO FOR MESSING UP MY WEDDING DAY AND MAKING ME PAY FOR A DRESS THAT WAS NOT MY DREAM DRESS AND ALTERATIONS THAT COULD OF BEEN AVOID..I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU SHOP TO ANYONE (NOT MONROEVILLE OR NORTH HILLS ) I'm also tempted to go to the better business Bureau and report this chaos...One star for Nichole. ..that was my only satisfaction was being around her
