  • I thought long and hard before making this review but I just couldn't let what happened to me happen to someone else. I went here to try and purchase a new bed,something good for my back. Every where you look it says no credit check..blah..blah..blah. What I don't understand is why that is the SOLE OPTION THEY HAVE! Now I have decent credit and not ashamed to say there was a time in my young adult life I wouldn't even attempt to apply for any type of credit line because I knew mine was jacked. So this is how it went they ". Ran my Credit " to see if I qualified. EHHHHNNN' NO ! So Todd says "Oh we have this new special approval line of credit coming out next Thursday , where 95% get approve. So I'm thinking oh whoa 95% Sounds like I can fit somewhere in that number.. He explained he will keep my application and let me know the following Saturday. So he calls leaves a message on my phone hey it's Todd calling to see if you can come down, ok at this point I'm thinking he got everything set up and I'm ready to go pick out my mattress and enjoy a good nights sleep. So I went in this Saturday and they " RAN MY CREDIT AGAIN " Mind you everywhere there are signs that say " NO CREDIT CHECKS " Then comes the hammer " EHHHHN' DENIED " I felt so violated and used. I then began to wonder do these guys get a commission off the credit checks or what if did I really get approved for a line and someone else is going to use my credit???? That experience was the worst and I will never in my life step foot in one of those places again! It's like going in there to just preview what you can't have! It will be easier to buy a new car,house ,even go somewhere get a loan and buy one any where other than mattress firm! So I wanted to honestly share my humiliating story with you all so you won't have to go through the lies and disappointment as I did. So moral of the story is besides them not giving me a mattress I prayed about. God has givin me favor anyways and I have been sleeping pretty soundly on my old mattress and I'm ok with that. However, I do still need one and willing to barter! P.S. I was shooting towards getting a temperpedic mattress :-\
