  • I am very pleased with the customer service I received today at LensCrafters! The general manager Joseph was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He listened to what I wanted and helped guide me in the right direction. It was refreshing that he didn't try and oversell me but he was able to work with me and my insurance to stay within an affordable price. He was able to answer all of my questions and even elaborated on them. It was very obvious that he knows the information well and excels at it. On top of that, Jospeh was very thorough and made sure every detail was correct. I wish more people had his outstanding costumer service skills! I definitely will be going back to this location in the future!
