  • My mother brought my 15 year old daughter here for an acne facial. This experience changed her life Forever! The girl was an Asian women and I would guess that she is not an actual aesthetitian she did not use any steam, she picked at her face with a metal tool causing her face to bleed for almost an hour (this was an hour and a half app) At the end she rubbed her face with wintergreen rubbing alcohol from Walgreen's (she showed us the bottle) and recommended that my daughter use it. Any trained aesthetitian would NEVER EVER tell someone to use rubbing alcohol on their face. This treatment left my daughter with scars all over her cheeks, chin, and forehead. Some of the scars are quite deep from the tool digging into her face. She has to wear a lot of makeup to cover the scars and bumps that have been left behind from a butcher covering as an aesthetitian. What's really scary is I called to find out the name of the women who did this and of course they said that they don't keep track of who we saw last! She has been to several aesthetitians since this treatment and also 2 Dermatologist all who said her best bet is many chemical peels or laser resurfacing treatment. The very sad thing for me as a mother is to know that her face will never be the same again, all because of 1 day in her life when she was just 15 years old. PLEASE PLEASE never get a facial from this place. They say that they use Dermalogica but I know that Dermalogica does not have a Wintergreen Rubbing Alcohol with the name Walgreen's on the bottle!
