  • The room service ladies and host at the front are exceptionally nice. The manager not so much, I'm staying here at the moment I have one night left and I'm ready for it to end. The Manger is so rude, earlier today I was standing in front of the check-in office waiting for a taxi, as I did get tired of waiting for the taxi I canceled it and just walked to the strip. A couple hours later my friend was sleeping so I decided to go sit by the pool, since I did not want to wake her. Well he comes up to me and in a VERY rude tone asked me " ARE YOU STAYING HERE" and I responded yes then he continued and Said WHAT ROOM AND WHAT'S THE NAME ON THE ROOM well obviously I told him and then he was like again very loud and rude, I'MA GO TO CHECK THAT RIGHT NOW YOU WERE STANDING EARLIER IN THE FRONT NOW YOU'RE JUST SITTING HERE WITH YOUR FEET IN THE POOL? he actually rolled his eyes and he was being so rude. I understand that you need to make sure someone is actually staying at the hotel but there are nice ways to do everything he did not have to be so rude about it. Especially since I'm paying to stay here and came to vegas for my birthday. This is just absolutely ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN Omg. Update they have roaches!!!!!
