  • Pampered Paws is hands down (paws down!) the BEST grooming company I have ever encountered! Our energetic 10 year-old Wheaten Terrier had a major phobia of going to the groomer. We took him to about half a dozen groomers in Toronto and Mississauga over the years and many wouldn't even work with him because he was so sensitive. One even said he that he should be sedated or drugged in order for him to be calm enough to be groomed! Refusing to give up or resort to unneeded medication, I did some research and gave Pampered Paws a call. I explained Motown's grooming anxiety to the owner, Eggie Feng, and she cheerfully and patiently took him in and miraculously turned him into a grooming fan! We've been going to her for around 3 years. She took so much stress out of our lives. She's just a wonderful human being and our canine companion can sense that too. He runs to the door whenever we say "Eggie" as he thinks he's going to drive to the "salon" to see her! He even knows when we pull up to the building. We don't walk him - he walks US - to her door! What a change from what we endured for several years! On top of finding a place that our dog enjoys, Eggie does fantastic work. Our pooch looks so clean and cute when she's finished with him. His cuts grow out gorgeously. I can tell she is familiar with many breeds as I've seen other dogs coming and going when we visit and they all look outstanding. Thank you Pampered Paws for taking us in and for making Motown feel and look so good! If you need a groomer in the Port Credit/Oakville/Etobicoke area, don't hesitate to call Pampered Paws! 5 stars all the way!
