  • my younger brother went to get his temporary refill done to permanent, he ended up having 5 refills done without knowing anything until it was over. No treatment plan was discussed before the doc start the work. He went with no pain before the visit and had a sever pain for more than 10 days after the visit When I called the office, they claimed that the treatment plan was disclosed and signed during the visit before the dentist start the work and they basically told me "insurance covers the cost, why care if no out of pocket expenses" the worst comment i ever heard .. work was done just to charge the insurance.
