Talk about not feeling welcome in a new spot... Check-in was incredibly uncomfortable with a receptionist that did not smile at all. While I waited for the rest of my party I went to the bouldering area which was so full it would have been rude to try and squeeze on the wall. There's no other options if you are solo because you need a partner to belay in this gym. Not one person greeted me or engaged me while I was meandering around and waiting. I can normally find a way to feel comfortable in new places and this felt completely uncomfortable and alienating. It was also incredibly dirty. When we did get to climb there is a film on the walls and grips that has been building up for years it seems.
I'd love to come back if this place had a deep clean and an organizational shift for customer service.
