  • We could not have had a better experience trading in our Lexus and buying a new one this weekend. Our salesperson Fran was a rock star and made it a very efficient process. The best I've ever seen. Rob in delivery was beyond helpful and patient. He even came to our house to help with the programming of the garage door remotes., which we are so grateful for. We also enjoyed the personal attention we received from Kelly, the general manager. He was outstanding and clearly knows how to run a great operation. And I can't forget to mention our longtime service advisor Chris B. He is a big reason we our back buying another Lexus. Lexus service is fantastic but Chris goes the extra mile to make it a great experience every time.
