  • Really had a difficult problem with a tenant it has been a long road but we are finally on the right track. I now understand how bad it is to have the wrong tenant, damage was extensive, I was really beside myself. I never want to have to go through the problems that I have. I am glad that Ashford was able to help me. Last I wrote that they put in a great tenant. I already have my first payment. It is such a relief.
