rev:text	This was, by far, the most humiliating, upsetting, unprofessional dental experience I have ever had, and I have been in and out of dental practices for decades now. Dr. Rich Canon, a very young and inexperienced dentist was assigned to me for an upper denture re-line. My denture was made in 2002 and was of the highest quality one could find - certainly not at Wagner Dental! Canon explained I could get a combined hard AND soft re-line which would be melded together and give me long-lasting support and comfort. He NEVER told me my appliance would be loaded with hardened, baked-on material that left almost no room for my gum and bones, meaning that the denture 'fell' much lower in my mouth and gave me an entirely new 'smile.' Gum was showing everywhere; I had buck teeth; I was told by everyone who saw me that I looked like a horse! How Canon could try to talk himself out of this situation - make it look like it was my fault - 'my mouth had changed!' - so what?? - I was getting a reline, not a new denture! - refund me my money and expect for me to be satisfied!!??? Now a perfectly wonderful and expensive denture is entirely ruined, and the dentist who made it in 2002 has to make it all over again, from scratch. People, please, stay as far away from Dr. Rich Canon as you possibly can. Ron and Kent Wagner have great reviews - but this 'kid' they hired is not worth the time of day! It's been an experience such as I've never had before and pray to never have again.
