  • Terrible customer service. Salesmen will say anything and the financial will go along just to get you to buy. We bought a vehicle with them 9 days ago. We traded a vehicle in and owned their vehicle for 8 days with a temp tag for 45 days and they called and demanded the vehicle back as they realized they could sell for more money. And they complained about taking a 1200 loss if they would finance. We had already agreed to terms but couldn't sign paparwork because vehicle hadn't passed emissions. So after it passed emissions they issued our temp tag. We had signed power of attorney for our vehicle to them the night we bought their vehicle. We'll yesterday they called us back threatening us with auto theft if we didn't return the vehicle. We contacted an attorney and will be filing a complaint with the attorney general of arizona as well as filing with the BBB. 0 stars we wasted hours upon hours to get nowhere as they tried to place us in a vehicle we they or we had never seen. They want to put you in what they feel will profit them most. Terrible customer service by Mike the General manager. Mike the finance guy and salesman Jason .
