  • I recently had them replace the head on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Bottom line, I was extremely impressed with the service. Kuba, the owner, sends almost daily updates over text, and is extremely professional (moreso than most dealerships I've worked with). In my case, I was replacing the head as a preventative measure, since they have a known failure point. So, when Kuba and his tech did an initial inspection, he took the time to communicate with me and ensure that I still wanted to go ahead with the work because there were no symptoms of failure yet. It was a small part of the entire interaction, but to me it spoke volumes about how Kuba and his team looks out for the customer's best interest, ensuring that they don't add unnecessary costs. Throughout the process, Kuba kept me informed, and was great at communicating various options. He did not incur any additional costs or charges without asking me first, and every time he asked if I wanted to replace an additional part, it made sense within the context of the overall job (i.e., replacing the spark plugs while the head was being swapped). At no point did I feel like he was trying to sneak extra charges or parts in. I can't recommend Kuba and his shop enough. I would be very willing to bring my vehicles back to him, and have full trust that they would be in great hands.
