| - If I could give more stars I would! I am very picky and big on customer service which is lacking in many industries. Friends and family call me the Research Queen because I invest a lot of time in reading reviews/ratings through multiple sites before deciding who to go with.
PRICING:
I researched online for plumbing companies to install our home water filter, softener, and RO system. I read some reviews online that you need to find someone who knows how to install these systems otherwise you will have to pay double for the job to be done correctly. I messaged Nick (the owner) who is very nice and professional. He messaged back immediately and then we discussed pricing. Trust me when I tell you that ASAP Plumbing offers the BEST deal in town. I called three other 4-5 star yelp rated companies and they were all $80 - $150 more!! Like most people, I want the best value but will not compromise quality. We received excellent, quality service for a VERY reasonable price!!!! Don't be deceived by companies that try to tell you that you need to pay more for quality service.
INSTALLATION SERVICE:
Marat was our technician. He is one of the most humble, nice, respectful, and professional techs you will ever meet!! He was very respectful of our home in making sure he took off his shoes or wore booties. He knocks on the door each time he had to go out to his truck which is quite commendable. But after the first time, we told him to just come and go as needed without ringing the doorbell. He took his time and didn't rush through the job so I knew I was getting quality workmanship. I felt bad that three times he had to go pick up additional parts that didn't come with the water filtration system that we bought online. We were pleasantly surprised that he did not charge us for ANY additional parts! That's unheard of! Most places nickel and dime you for every little thing. Before he left, he explained how the water systems work and what to expect.
We were extremely pleased with their service that we called them to come back to install our RO from the sink to our fridge. Marat had quoted my husband a price during the first installation but we wanted to think about it. When we called him back recently to do the job, he quoted a higher price than before. He explained that the price quoted before was lower because he was already onsite, which is understandable but we had only budgeted for the amount he quoted before. Thankfully, he went ahead and honored the original quoted price! (Word of advice: If you get a quote for additional work while the tech is still onsite, take advantage of it then and don't do what we did. We were fortunate he gave us the original cost but this is not standard company or industry policy.) Thank you Marat for all your hard work performed with excellence and professionalism!!
Sorry for the detailed review but I just want you to see how awesome this company is! They care more about their customers than making a few extra bucks.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
They really exemplify EXCELLENT customer service! Their receptionist is so sweet, friendly, and efficient! We experienced nothing but exceptional service from each person that we talked to.
When I called on Friday to have them come back to hook up RO to fridge water line, I explained that we need it done before 11AM on Saturday because we have out of town guests arriving at Noon. Nick reassured me that it would not be a problem. Sure enough, I get a call within an hour from the receptionist to schedule the appointment for Sat. morning. As promised, Marat was done before 11AM even having to run out to buy an additional part! I'm telling you, he is your guy!! :)
I highly recommend you contact ASAP Plumbing and give them a chance to provide you a competitive quote. We will be using them for ALL of our plumbing needs. You will too when you experience their quality service! Not sure how many technicians they have but if you can, ask for Marat! :)
