  • So it's starts with the people at the front desk waiting to open the front door at 7:35. Really! You have a line of 20 people outside. Then once everyone gets in your met with 2 blank faces at the front desk. Most people had never seen the electronic sign in pads and there was no help from the front desk. People help each other and get checked in and then your directed to have a seat only to be called back up to the desk. I don't know. Maybe smile and be helpful.
