  • The hotel itself is gorgeous, I love the conservatory and water shows. Unfortunately, it was really crowded when I got in, which makes things annoying. A lot of people passing by while standing in line to check in. They were out of non-smoking rooms when I got there so I had to spend my first night in a smoking room, gross! Had to fight through crowds to get to my room. Rooms are a decent size, and are quite comfortable. Only problems I had was that it was too dark and the smoking (which was fixed night 2) The chocolate is good. Bathroom is roomy, and had a separate bathtub/shower. Gym is nice. Service is good, they know your name and room number as soon as you call in. Getting a non-smoking room night 2 was a synch, I didn't even need to go to the front desk in person! I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again, but it wouldn't be my top choice.
