I sat at the bar at brand recently and got the double cut porterhouse with my girlfriend. I have to say the quality of the steak was maybe not "prime" as in prime grade. Maybe it was, but it was a risk ordering such a large cut. The size probably contributed to the few tough areas, and not being able to taste the seasoning throughout. But that doesn't mean it wasn't an impressive steak, cooked perfectly to medium rare. I'm looking forward to Monte Carlo rebranding (no pun intended) to The Park MGM and when it does, hopefully Brand will still be there so I can give it another try. Absolutely no reasons not to eat here. Great staff with great food knowledge.
