  • Local beer is the best kind of beer! On a nice day this is the perfect place to have a patio drink and meal! I was there in between typical meal times so the place wasn't crowded, but the service we had was great and friendly! I tried the Powder Monkey Pilsner and the High Scaler Pale Ale and both were tasteful and refreshing. We started with the beer battered zucchini which I suggest if you've never had it before! Its a great change from the typical appetizer items you see on a menu. I thought it best to stick with a fully fried meal and got the special; beer battered fish and chips. Overall, the flavor was good but what I enjoyed was the little amount of grease coming off of the food. I'll be back next time I'm in Boulder!
