| - My experience with dealership was very negative, the only good thing about it was my experience with my sales person Rudy Estrada, he was very helpful and worked hard for my service,. hence they get a star however the dealership in itself was not willing to help me.
Yesterday 6/22 I came in to shop for a car, Rudy listened and found what I was looking for, I cant say enough about how hard he worked to satisfy me. However, when i explained to Manager and Finance manager my dilemma, which was: My insurance Company sent the check to pay off my vehicle, however because of lack of Gap insurance I owe roughly 1300 and some change. I told them My insurance company has assured me its on its way I also in good faith sent an extra 1400 yesterday evening to ensure good faith that there would be no balance left over and still they told me that I needed to wait for a $0 balance.
Now today this morning, I reach out to Rudy at 6AM, how fortunate that the check clears bringing the remaining balance of my car loan down to 1300 and some change, I take a screen shot showing the payment sent and an email stating from my lender that the payment will clear today. Rudy goes to bat for me and comes back with bad news saying that Earnhardt will not work to give me a loan today til the balance showed $0. I am at my wits end, I have not had a car for 2 months waiting for this process.
At the end I turned to Superstition Springs Chrysler who not only helped me find the same mode but better, they even came to personally picked me up and I was able to leave with my new car today from Superstition Spring Chrysler 6/23
