  • My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and were very pleased with the hotel. We would probably stay here again if we visit the area. Pros Friendly reception staff + free cold bottled water Awesome location Good sized suite room Nice tv's Prompt thorough housekeeping Free internet (if you book through Marriott) Cons Beds were kinda old/lumpy Hotel is a little dated Pool was shady The biggest Pros were the good sized suite room, it was nice having the sitting area. I also liked the mini fridge that wasn't stocked, so we were free to put our own beverages and leftovers in there. The other was the location, we could walk a ton of places. Old town is on one side and the trendier downtown scottsdale the other. There are tons of bars in restaurants literally right out the door. Or if walking isn't your thing they offer golf carts for I think $4/person. As others have mentioned the hotel is a little dated. The bed was kinda lumpy and the bathroom was just ok. But it was big! I felt it was a good value for the price we paid as well.
