  • DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!! WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR IF I COULD!! I am forced to use them because the board has chosen them to manage our building but if I had a choice I would never use them and definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. I had to pay $50 for them to link the intercom to a new phone number. This is highway robbery. I went away for vacation for 3 weeks and expected this to be done and it was not done. I called MCM and was told by the extremely rude receptionist that my condo manager was on vacation and I would have to wait another week. Absolutely horrible customer service and unprofessional. Expect to chase them down again and again if you want to get something done.
