  • I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha with soy milk and whip. I understand we need to make room for the whip cream but I think the amount of coffee they gave me is ridiculous. I paid for a venti but got a grande. There was so much room in this cup of coffee I could probably fit another tall into it. I'm not trying to exaggerate but it was maybe an inch above the half way mark... I know, I measured. I should've known the moment I walked out my cup felt light as fuck! Of course, I was on my way to work in the morning so I didn't have time to ask for a new one. I know the girl looked at my cup and thought: "yeah that's enough. She asked for whip cream. And since I would want a half a fucking glass of whip cream, this lady must want half a glass too!" Never again going to this Starbucks. They've messed up my order a few times in the past but this one takes the cake...
