OMG..Last night at Frankie's was the worst meal (we) ever had. There were 6 of us 4 adults and 2 children ages 10&11. We decided to eat off the family style menu. First off Frankie's had the nerve to charge us full price $23.99
to start for the children. Are you kidding me?.Ok, First up, our soda beverages arrived and were all flat (the fizz has left the building). Next up, our bread was hard with zero flavor. To our suprise the salads we ordered were fresh and very tasty. And now the food begins to arrive. Our meatballs (yuck) tasted like the ocean as well as the meat sauce on top of our macaroni (we would have enjoyed a salty rimmed margarita instead). Moving on our Fettucine Alfredo was dry
and tastless (I guess the flavor flew the coop with the chicken dishes that followed). Our Chicken Parm was dryed
out and had a lovely burnt flavor with black edges (yum) not so much. Next up, was supposed to be chicken piccata
it was chicken but there was no sign of the piccata part. This chicken tasted like grilled burnt chicken and then
they put some sad looking capers on it for what? not so sure, it was bad! Our spinach was fresh but not sautaed with
garlic and oil. The nasty flavor was bitter to match the black water substance on the bottom of the bowl. The mashed
potatoes were not to die for (I think they were dead before they came to the table). This dining experience was a
true kitchen nightmare something even Gorden Ramsey himself would have to agree with.
