  • I had an AMAZING experience with this business! My iPhone screen was already cracked and then I dropped the phone again and then the only thing on the screen was a small line across it with a blue background. I use my phone for work so I couldn't be without it. I tried to take it to another screen repair place I had taken it in the past but since it was 7 pm it was closed. I found Smart Fix Now from a Google search and called (from a different phone). Within 2 hours, a repair guy named Alex came to my house. It took a little while but he got the screen fixed. When he was done, the screen worked and my phone had the low battery signal showing on the screen, but when I charged it, it wouldn't go away. Alex said that can happen sometimes from dropping the phone. So now my screen worked but I still couldn't use my phone. Alex offered to fix it at no extra charge but said he didn't have the part with him. He offered to take my phone back to his shop in Tempe (which is a 20 minute drive from my house), get the part, fix the phone and deliver it back to my house the next morning before I left for work at 7:15 a.m.!! And he did!! He was back at my house at 6:55 a.m. the next morning exactly like he said he'd be and my phone worked like a champ! I am still amazed at the customer service! He REALLY went above and beyond and didn't charge me any extra and my phone has worked perfectly ever since. I can't recommend this place enough!
