| - We had the misfortune of coming here over the weekend. The night of 1/13/17, horrible experience with the doctor there. There was only one person ahead of us upon arrival, yet the wait was incredibly long. I must say there was only one gentleman behind the desk and he was also the one calling patients to the back. Understandable.
What was not acceptable was the behavior of the Doctor on duty that night.
From the moment she entered the room, there seemed to be an arrogance about her. I felt like we had interrupted her from doing something else and we were just a nuisance for being there. Extremely poor bedside manner and didn't even introduce herself. She was condescending, rude, rough, and not a single ounce of kindness, courtesy, or gentleness. The way she handled my 7 month old makes me cringe to this very day. She did not speak to him or acknowledge him the entire time and was soo rough she handled him like a rag doll or a piece of meat when we had to lay him on the table and check his ears, and mouth and diaper check. When we explained the reason for being there, her face/eyes showed no emotion, no sympathy whatsoever. Just a cold stare. I couldn't wait to take my baby and run as fast as I could away from that place. I will never bring my child here again ever. How can someone that dedicates her life to caring for children be this rough, cold-hearted and so disconnected? With her attitude and behavior I would strongly suggest changing careers to something that makes her happy. Clearly doesn't have a passion for her current role. You have to be compassionate and gentle when working with children and St. Claire certainly is neither of these.
