  • I've had two experiences with them. Neither were stellar. The first time, I brought my computer in for fixing. I picked it up a few days later and I found a part was missing when I went to hook it back up. I had to go all the way back there (in winter) for it. Funny thing was, when I told the guy I originally picked up my computer from that there was a part missing, he immediately opened his drawer and handed it to me like he knew I'd be back for it. The 2nd time, I bought a part to connect a few devices. It didn't fit, so I took it back. The guy there told me he has no clue what that was and gave me the one I actually needed.
